I want to thank everyone who made Free Comic Book Day at Comics Plus in Macon, GA a great experience! I got to meet some new people, hang out with old friends, and talk about all kinds of comic greatness! But now, it's time for a few updates on things...
* Pages continue to be cranked out for Simon Says #3, 4, and 5. I'm hoping to have all three released this summer, so more info to come.
* I've started the artwork on a new project written by David Simonton called "Black Metal Record Store". It's unlike anything we've done before (at this point) and it's guaranteed to make some laugh and offend others. I'm hoping to have the artwork done by the end of June.
* The Adventurers of Liberty City #9 should be wrapped up by the end of the week and off to the printers! Stay tuned for a peek at the front cover this weekend and a 5-page preview sometime this week!
* Speaking of The Adventurers of Liberty City, issues 10 and 11 will dive into the origins of the characters. Issue 10 will feature the origin of The Drill with the origin of the original team of Adventurers, while tentatively, issue 11 will focus on the origins of Charger, Antarctic, and Trapeze! This all leads into the next story arc, starting with #12!
* I've added another summer con to the list! You can catch me in Bristol, TN for my return to Rob-Con on July 21. The show is shaping up to be a nice one with plenty of quality guests, including my buds Jeremy Massie and Todd Goodman!
